Soft Beast currently offers tracked delivery to eligible Australian postcodes. Shipping is calculated automatically from the delivery postcode entered at checkout. Free shipping over A$89 is available to eligible Zone 1 and Zone 2 postcodes.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date, and timing may vary by destination, carrier and fulfilment route.
Australian shipping rates
- Zone 1 and Zone 2: A$12.90. Orders over A$89 qualify for free shipping.
- Zone 3: A$19.90.
- Zone 4: A$29.90.
Your shipping zone and available rate are calculated automatically from the Australian delivery postcode entered at checkout. Some remote postcodes, including 9800–9879, are not currently serviced.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details are shared after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.
Order and address changes
If you need to change an address or order detail, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.
